The Randolph-Sheppard Vendors of America
(RSVA) is a national membership organization, composed of blind and visually
impaired vendors. RSVA is committed to improving the working conditions
of blind vendors by promoting their independent and effective participation
in the systems which serve them, as well as in all material aspects of
their work. RSVA is an all volunteer organization.
